Silver Queen is a used vessel with numerous structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, navigation, rigging, safety, domestic and removable items. Their condition, operation, service status and availability can change, and equipment may be repaired, replaced, removed, added, moved or become unavailable without immediate website updates.
3. Buyer Verification and Due Diligence
Prospective buyers must not rely solely on this website, photographs, videos, verbal statements or downloadable documents. Buyers are strongly encouraged to:
- personally inspect the vessel and all equipment;
- engage an appropriately qualified, independent marine surveyor;
- obtain independent mechanical, electrical, rigging, sail, gas and safety advice where relevant;
- verify measurements, capacities, identifiers, hours, service dates, registration status and ownership;
- confirm the final inventory, inclusions and exclusions in writing; and
- obtain their own legal, financial, insurance and regulatory advice.
4. Images, Videos and Website Graphics
Images, videos and website graphics may be current, historical, illustrative or prepared for presentation. Lighting, lenses, editing, screen settings and image age can affect appearance. Media is not a substitute for inspection and should not be used to determine exact condition, colour, scale or completeness.
5. Documents, Invoices, Quotations and Survey Material
A quotation shows proposed work and price, not proof that work was authorised, completed or paid. An invoice records a charge or described work but may not, by itself, prove payment, present condition or ongoing performance.
The August 2025 survey is a dated historical report prepared for its stated purpose. Any summary on this website is not the original report, is not a current certificate of seaworthiness and does not replace a buyer's independent survey. Access to the original report may be subject to the surveyor's terms and limitations.
6. Equipment, Inventory, Inclusions and Exclusions
Equipment shown, described or photographed is not guaranteed to remain onboard, operate, be current, comply with any particular standard or be included in the sale. The final sale inclusions and exclusions are only those expressly recorded in the signed sale agreement and attached inventory, if any.
7. No Warranty, Valuation or Binding Offer
Unless expressly stated in a signed sale agreement, no warranty is given about seaworthiness, merchantability, fitness for purpose, compliance, condition, performance, service life or completeness. Any purchase price, insured value or historical value mentioned is not an independent valuation.
